Hapless Maladies Of Misconceptions

With the introduction of human rights treaty,
Migration has been playing an active part-
To focus on human conditions around the world,
As depicted through audio movies and visual art!
The present era of globalization saga stimulates
The movements of people from one nation to the other-
And this is not something new; rather it will continue
For a better prosperity, compared to our forefather!
Poverty and inability to earn or produce enough
To support a family or an individual member-
Are the major reasons for migration, in search
Of a descent living, as long as we can remember!
But these are not only the characteristics for movements
Of jobseekers from the poor to the rich state-
Rather, dire poverty and opportunity also fuel the migration
For quick turn around and hope to change the fate!
From a distance, work prospects in developed nations
May tantalize the migrants to be much better-
While the initial sufferings of abandoning the motherland
Bring mixed emotions sooner or later!
So the questions may arise why people go abroad
In search of work or to fulfill the dream-
The answers will vary from person to person,
With individual strife entrenched in a scream!
War, insecurity, persecution, and better job prospects
Are one and only a few of the salient reasons-
Followed by discrimination, on the grounds of race
And color may cause migration throughout the seasons!
Religion, ethnicity, language, and political opinion
Contribute also to the rapid migrant flow-
While the tangible difference of etiquettes in adopted lands
Or xenophobia may protrude a severe blow!
Fortunately, the International Criminal Court (ICC)
Is now at the forefront to maintain laws and orders-
While it brings a new set of legal mechanisms
For the protection of migrants crossing the borders!
It exemplifies a global alliance for human rights
In action for a distant future and now-
Irrespective of the social standing, color or ethnicity,
With a deliberate protection vow!
On this precedent, may I express my admirations
For the efforts of ILO* to lift the misconception veils-
Of migrant workers, who have outshined
On their adopted lands with many glorifying tales!
Cooperation between ICC and ILO must proceed now
Hand in hand for global alliance and share-
And establish the rights of migrant workers
Under the international laws without a stare!
As a welder of peace and harmony, may I now urge
The needs to cherish the social diversity-
Of the global family and language, to foster
A sustainable world with human unity!
Tolerance between migrant workers and rest of the society
In the host nations must play a significant role-
And open a new chapter in the history of our efforts,
To establish their rights as a millennium goal!
Now we are living in the era of human rights,
And do acknowledge our common humanity-
But the hapless maladies of many migrants still lie in
Stark contrasts to the inspirations reflected by social vanity!
So, I deeply care about the migrants and urge you to offer
A new momentum to the ideology of human rights-
And let's achieve our concrete societal progress
Through their assimilations without the political fights!
Let their hopes, dreams, and contributions today
Be your inspirations and unconvincing excuse-
While I rehearse and stage the number of rapporteurs
For the global audience to commingle, dance, and muse!

War And Weltanschauung Under "Hillolscope"

Since the prehistoric dawn, war seems to be
An integral part of global mankind-
And evidences are too many, as on history pages
We can always read or find!
The cause of wars may brew on simple issues,
With the exception of a trifling few-
While the showdown of powers agitate the nations
In no time for a global view!
'Name-calling' may be the underlying fibers
To weave the threads of secret war-
And diplomacies begin to clip the 'weeds'
Like the mulching blade in a lawnmower!
Man can put many names to prospective enemies
And the 'trick' grows like a malaise-
While the signals for their destructions
Are carried out without any mercy or a praise!
Our primitive brains can still do to others
What the tribesmen did for recreation or food-
By beheading a fellow man and eat his brain out
For a display of super power or mood!
For modern warfare, soldiers are prepared
By constantly cleaning their rifles and boot-
Followed by incessant running through obstacle course
And making them expert to shoot!
The practice goes on by drilling thousand times
Until the wary brain is reduced to orders-
And become imperative to kill the enemies
By any means, within or outside the borders!
"Hillolscope" reveals that we have not changed much
Since our obscure prehistoric days-
And we call it now "Weltanschauung"
To glorify the imperialism like the bright sunrays!
Those who resent injustice and mistreatment
Are labeled as the enemy for the battle-
While those who are the followers or puppets
Of the mighty flock like a herd of cattle!
We see in a monopoly of power today,
Those with richness and bigger arms or firepower-
Have flocked together against majority
Who resent global empire run from ivory tower!
Armies are engaged to kill or maim the enemies
Before they return with glorious smiles-
But eternity will remain and millions of flowers
Will bloom in the oasis of skeleton piles!
The dead will remain dead and the victors will return
To chew their shame till the old age-
While humans will speak again and again,
And commit same nonsense for a history page!
At the footsteps of fundamentalism, the latent war
Between the believers and the infidels-
Seem to mesmerize the world today
While the weapons of mass destruction ring the bells!
As per our anthropological knowledge,
We all belong to the same genome since our birth-
Irrespective of belief, God has not chosen any people
Or religion to be imposed on Earth!
Neuroscience thinks drug addict can kick habit
To replace addiction for mysticism or fun-
'Cause the brain damaged in biochemical metabolism
Needs a source of 'high' on the run!
Mystical ecstasies, acceptable for the believers,
Are in contradiction with "normal" brain-
Followed by truths and common beliefs of mankind,
Like water swirling down the drain!
Under "Hillolscope", the "fundamentalist" ideas
Are the real danger to global mankind-
While the "religious madness" protrudes its ugly head
In world politics to put us in bind!
A justification of genocide based on the race,
Religion or color should never be a "must"-
To feed or meet the ego of imperial needs,
Aimed at secret aggressions or monetary lust!
Present madness to alluding to war might make us
To believe only the strong can be good-
But that will never last forever, 'cause heaven will plunge,
And it's the thought for food!
Those who are now trying to grab the whole world
In both hands should think it well,
That those who tried that in the past are vaguely respected,
Or our mind does not dwell!
Remember, for only those that advocate the good
Seem to remain in the memory lane-
Irrespective of variable turbulence
From war and Weltanschauung, like a lion's mane!!

Raison d'Etre In "Hillolsphere"

About three billion years ago, a tiny cosmic serpent
Appeared on the surface of the Earth-
And plunged into the ardent sea,
Full of vaporous sulphur erupting from a flaming hearth!
Suddenly the hidden molecules in uncertain depths
Became alert and ready to endure-
The formation into chains, groups, cells,
And unaccountable organisms just to be sure!
A burst of life inundated the abysmal oceans
To fill the globe with self-replicating mold-
And continued till gaseous atmosphere covered Earth
With radiance and shelter to hold!
More than 100 million species of plants and large animals
Came to pass along the way-
While wave after wave of noisy creatures
Commingled quickly to make the Earth sway!
Soon our planet became filled with the grunts,
Howls and cries of horrid terrible voice-
Followed by the noise of plants, birds and insects
To defray the Earth without a choice!
Incessant fighting of all sorts of animals
Into forests and bushes filled the resplendent air-
Until men came by to add their speeches
With battle clamors, and collect the lion's share!
Early dawn of civilization witnessed daily
The brutal instincts of the man-animal battle,
And it lasted for millenniums, in various form,
To provoke the Global Head's to rattle!
With its intellect, man began to imitate voice of birds
Along with rattle of trees in a hurry-
And discovered the sense of music,
Followed by cuisines to tingle taste buds with a curry!
With progress of time, we've mastered various arts
And science better than our forefather-
And covered the huge Earth with waves of our knowledge
From one extreme to the other!
We carry the same strings of DNA
That came down from the past mysterious beasts to us-
So in our dreams and fantasies, we evoke our forefather
And totem animal without a fuss!
But they still live in the depth of our cells
And music confirms that we're relatives of bird,
Thus we continue to carry ancient longings,
In spite of scientific progress to get inspired!
We have come a long way from the bottomless seas,
The dark forests, and incredible pain-
Still we feel trapped in our DNA cosmic serpent
And tiptoe in our sweet memory lane!
Sometimes we think that we are all those millions
Of past fiery beasts glued together-
And music mimicked from birds makes us feel
As their close relatives of same feather!
Amazonian Indians/Australian aborigines
Still venerate cosmic serpent that brought us-
From the skies in dreamtimes over three billion years ago
To form heterogeneous nucleus!
They still honor their animals and plant relatives,
And extract wisdom of life from them-
But we have somehow forgotten our wondrous past
That used to be a true sparkling gem!
Science has rediscovered from whence our life comes from,
On soil or the sandy loam-
And made it clear about DNA molecules to confirm
That we all belong to a same genome!
We are still tormented from the fantastic world
That we carelessly left behind-
And carry in us the fury of beastly past
That boggles our own intrinsic mind!
It makes us stumble and fills our brains
With crazy outbursts of destruction and rage-
While we move on for peace and harmony
Of celestial rhythm, found on history page!
We created music, along with the wisdom of kindness
And brotherly love to bind us all-
And we have learnt to crave for light,
With technology to stay in touch at beck and call!
In spite of progress made so far, my mind
Still trots in 'Hillolsphere' every now and then-
And asks like the old peoples who used to wonder
About all the reasons for being insane!
Was it as well the same as that of all those millions
Of extinct species of the past?
Who were submerged into deep seas,
Or covered by debris to stop squalor at last!
Was it only the capricious whims of Gods
Who roamed around the planet at least?
Or was man's cry so futile and senseless
As that of the powerful young ugly beast?
Answers are still unknown and we are condemned
To such questions again and again-
And to move forward in search of light and good
For the humanity to reduce the pain!
In "Hillolsphere", my mind can see well
That man can somehow fabricate his own doom-
And choose from a cannibalistic past to weave
Ridiculous design like in a weaver's loom!
Certainly we can pose the sublime reason of man's destiny
About where we go from here-
And venerate us to honor the old creative serpent
From the deep dark cosmos with a stare!

Silenced Wounds Of Child Abuse

Intensive research and data confirm
That child abuse constitutes a brain damage for sure-
And emotional injuries cause brain wounds
That are hard to heal, or child has to endure!
The damage caused by the child abuse
Can be noticed in inner structures of the brain-
While the sexual abuse in early childhood
Create a mental anguish or physical strain!
As per neuroscience, the irritability in vermis
Can slowly affect the electrical tension,
Of the limbic system that controls the emotions,
Difficult to ignore or not to mention!
Seizers and symptom like tingling, numbness/dizziness
May be experienced by the child-
Followed by uncontrollable staring or twitching,
Irrespective of the abuse, severe or mild!
During the temporal lobe epilepsy through a stimulation
Of the intricate amigdala region-
Distortions of shape/size, or mind-body dissociation
Are common, like in a loving pigeon!
Child abuse distorts the vermis that produces
Neurochemicals: epinephrine and dopamine-
And affect hippocampus* with amigdala
Where emotions are triggered to brain and shine!
Over the past several decades, it was thought
That child abuse could be erased upon time-
So a link between child abuse and offenders
Was designed to prove its worth over a dime!
Criminals for child abuse have been in general victims
Of child abuse in their early age-
Likewise parents who beat their children
May have been beaten by their elders with rage!
Thus the vicious circle of child abuse
Has been moving on in our society year after year-
And researchers have proved child abuse
Causes personality disorders to generate a fear!
Depression, schizophrenia, autism
And attention/deficit hyperactivity are only a few-
And these maladies are related to genetic
Or prenatal factors for a psychiatric review!
Child abuse can affect the fast neurochemical
Production of the vermis in the long run-
And may influence the mental health of a child
To grow up in love with the normal fun!
The vermis regulates the electric irritability
Of the limbic system, like in a winding clock-
While the reduced integration of left/right
Hemispheres of brain brings thoughts to flock!
Polarized dominance of one hemisphere
Causes the child to see people in a negative way-
And it produces abrupt or violent reaction
Based on surroundings instead of gentle sway!
The irritability of limbic system may cause
Aggression, exasperation and anxiety as well-
Followed by the self-destructive behaviors
As a start in child abuse for the mind to swell!
With changes in dynamics of modern society,
Millions are being subjected to child abuse-
And thus crop of criminals, drug addicts
Or child offenders are created to blow their fuse!
The condition of stress inflicted in a child's mind
Remains permanently wired somehow-
So his or her main usual reaction is one of hate,
Aggression/violence with a revenge vow!
Thus a chain of events, violence and abuse
Passes on from the generations to roll-
And the condition of self-abasement
With despondence prevails to create the toll!
Data reveals child abuse prevents adequate learning,
And now cries for an early detection-
And thus the action should be taken at an initial stage
Through tests or thorough selection!
Brain damage can be permanent and may pose
Grave repercussions on family or schools-
Followed by truancy or bad behavior,
Demanding on a check through neuroscience tools!
Child abuse is a serious problem in which
Alcoholism/home violence is a common cause-
So may I urge you to think and treat this issue
Of 'silenced wounds' with a serious pause?

Racial Profiling: Harbinger Of Human Animalization

Even in my sub-conscious mind, judging criminals
After the fact is essential as a deterrent to others-
And I believe, the world is not indifferent to their crimes,
Or to the fate of their victims and forefathers!
As per "H-Ray Tracking", the twentieth century
Has bequeathed us an impressive set of human rights-
But there are still many areas lacking consensus
On interpretations, and they hide under political lights!
Some of us feel that use of death penalty of a criminal
Infringes the right to life for sure-
While others will argue that it's an essential part
Of the machinery to protect that right and endure!
Similar arguments are flying about abortion
For several decades around the Earth-
And who is to take responsibility for decision,
When intervention is justified by necessity for birth!
The right of women to dress, as they like is resented
By others as an attack on their religion or culture-
Followed by the men wearing turbans and beards
Trigger suspicions and are watched like a vulture!
Via information superhighways, the words are out
Regarding a racial profiling in the West-
And whoever wants to travel with a visa will have
To leave fingerprints at port of entry, irrespective of quest!
I have studied the resentments and arguments
Regarding these issues on both sides of the table-
And found the superficial reaction to a procedure,
Imposed on criminals and defendants, cited in the fable!
Such overwhelming necessities are yet to be justified
To regulate the individual feelings or sensitivity-
And are affecting the bio-political status of the citizens
Of so-called democratic states where we carry out activity!
As per "Hillologue", attempts to convince us to accept inhumane
And exceptional dimensions of our existence have been made-
Through the usage of racial profiling and electronic devices,
Like cell phones and credit cards have already paid!
Undoubtedly, we are entering the era of animalization
Of mankind, established via sophisticated whistles and bells-
And efforts are underway to control and manipulate
The living bodies, without floating on bio-political tales!
In "H-Ray Vision", electronic tracking of finger
And retina prints fit such categories too well,
Followed by subcutaneous tattooing and other practices
Of similar type make my thoughts to swell!
The security reasons that are now implicated to justify
These devices should not impress us at all-
Rather, an explanation of my analogy may raise
Hemlines or eyebrows at the beck and call!
"H-Ray Tracking" alludes us to history and teaches
About practices, reserved first for foreigners and their clans-
And later they invaded rest of the citizenry by a surprise,
Before the activation of own soothing plans!
The consequences of such "Hillolionic Condensate"
Elevate concerns or relationship between citizens and state-
Especially the free and active participations in public spheres
Get damaged, along with "Hillonomics" and the fate!
Concerns begin to cloud over with the filing away

And the body's "biological life" feels strained
In anguish or dismay, and sobs in tear!
"Hillolscope" reveals, the gadgets that register and identify
Naked life for the tracking and profiling stitch,
Correspond to the media devices in the shade
To control and manipulate the public speech!
Thus, in "Hillolian Flow of Thoughts", the gadgets invented
To control dangerous classes, or rather a human being now-
Should constitute the precise space of political life,
Before the humanity turns into a revenge vow!
It's obvious that West's political paradigm had illuminated
The concentration camps and hegemonic power-
While the tattooing at Auschwitz still looms in "Hillolsphere"
And reminds me the brutal abuse from ivory tower!
Well, tattooing at Auschwitz appeared to be an economic
Way of tracking detainees in concentration camps-
And allowed death tolls to rise, while world remained silent,
And victims were burned alive under lamps!
So, the recent bio-political tattooing of the West reminds me
The harbinger of what we will be asked to accept later-
Through devious identity registration, finger and retina printing,
And make the national security better?
"H-Ray Vision" shows vigilance is essential - but in exercising it,
Let us not loose the sight, until the guilt is found-
And let's ensure that security measures are
Firmly founded in law, and we must be law bound!
Let us remember that diversity is what offers
The human species its splendor and light-
And enables us to make progress, as we learn
From each other, instead of engaging in fight!
Racial profiling or animalization of today's humanity
Brings us "Hillominous Warning" for a short-term gain-
But moral clarity and intellectual accuracy will be

[Background: Based on a recollection of Sunday's Super Bowl XXXVIII (February 1, 2004) between the Carolina Panthers and New England Patriots game in Houston, Texas, U.S.A., regarding infamous portion of the half-time show (aka "Wardrobe Malfunction") about the "bare-breasted" matter, revealed by entertainer Janet Jackson, to the millions of global viewers.]
Malfunction in daily life is undesirable,
And certainly it creates an uproar-
'Cause of the loss of patience and man-hours,
While laziness becomes an eyesore!
Production comes to a screeching halt,
And profit goes down the drain-
Irrespective of the efforts to fix it,
Signals get swayed in the brain!
Ripple effects are felt by the societies,
And they cause numbness for sure-
While we wonder in awe or sadness,
And wait in silence with agonies to endure!
Possibility of malfunction rests everywhere,
But it can be fixed over time-
With tightening or oiling of nuts and bolts,
Even with millions of nickel and dime!
A plant or factory becomes productive again,
After the malfunction of parts is fixed-
But the moral malfunctions are hard to erase,
And makes the brain signal mixed!
Thus, exposure of "body part", like at Super Bowl,
Blamed on "wardrobe malfunction" is wrong-
And is totally unethical to the global viewers,
No matter how we listen to the apology song!

Attraction is a salient revelation
That makes mountain of a mole hill-
And seen among Hollywood stars,
Buried in fame with love-bug chill!
Laws of Physics on magnetic fields
Exhibit pulls between opposite poles-
Likewise, with 'soul-mate syndrome',
We allow hearts to play fatal roles!
Life swings on concentric circles
With centripetal and centrifugal force-
And radiates romance, love with lust,
Drenched in emotions of course!
Aberration offers congenial effects
Between object and retinal vision-
While mood swings create dilemma,
Proportional to a chaotic mission!
The locus of life bathes in motion
To speculate radiance like crystal ball-
And stay ready with magic of attraction
To fantasize or tantalize own dance hall!
Dimming of centripetal and centrifugal force
Brings notion of motion to a screeching halt-
Irrespective of pressure, mass or gravity,
Love and romance is no one's fault!
Acceleration may impede the dynamics
Of escape velocity in a love-win game-
But it's disappearance like camphor
Doesn't bring anyone's guilt or shame!
Thus, laws of attraction can't be blamed
For the magical twists of lips and arms-
Rather they will ignite flames on heart
Like a lightning with its unusual charms!

The dawn of civilization opened up the human vision
To portray their own intrinsic mind-
And an "internal sense" of aesthetics was born
That's still prevailing on present mankind!
Biogenetic influence in our culture relates
To the seed of beauty in our idle brain-
Followed by ethical values disappearing fast
Like passengers in locomotive train!
For our primitive forefathers, beauty of art
Started as an expression of hidden joy-
And dearly kept it alive for the many millenniums
To come, like a treasured toy!
They painted their own bodies and even carved them
With scalpel or blunt knives-
In an attempt to extricate the beautiful form,
Ranging from mountains to beehives!
Thus, the connection between realities and imaginations
Was established with a mission-
And I do visualize that well as I dwell
On the third millennium with my "H-Ray Vision"!
During the "Stone-age Civilization",
We were all practitioners of solo dancing and song-
Irrespective of the month or season, time of day or night,
These rituals went on too long!
Music became an inherent part of life,
Evidenced by the bold historians' tales-
And 'Art' was engraved since then in our brains
To ring knowledge doorbells!
Aesthetic emotions led us in the vast waves
Of creation to hop on a joy ride-
To provoke the feelings of enjoyments
Without any scorn or life's ebb tide!
Primitive tribes emphasized the aesthetic implications
And ethical values in man-
To exemplify the manhood as a demigod
Drenched with beauty in the heroes den!
Modern religions have obscured
These important thoughts to disguise it too well,
And converted man from self-assertion
To contemplation where minds now dwell!
Adoration of material things has prompted God
To depart from the spirit of man-
While the evil spirits keep on provoking us
To commit the sins whenever we can!
The aesthetic values have now left the churches
With the exception of an only few-
And left the Gods alone, decaying in the old temples
Preserved for a historical view!
The center of life has changed from the inner spirit
Of modern man to the world outside-
While I watch the growing cities,
Full of monotonous forms and tunnels, for us to hide!
Obviously, there's beauty in the world today
That man still constructs to appease the eye-
But in 'H-Ray Vision', that's a beauty of decadence
Of genuine art and causes me to sigh!
Modern beauty of replicating form seem to sink
Individual mind into nothingness at best-
And to me, this feeling is so pathological,
'Cause it draws the mankind to a perilous test!
The idea of being beautiful or heroic
Is being abandoned fast with modern hectic pace-
While the rooms for all sorts of perversions
Are being made to glorify our sanely face!
Modern man has become an addict to all the excesses,
From chemical stuffs to junk food-
And has abandoned himself into gluttony
To become an obese, may be even for good!
Well, obesity is not only a relinquishment
Of self-aesthetics covered under blouse or shirt-
But it's also the forsaking of the idea
For the next era that man has to be an object d'art!
We seem to have ceased to be performers
To become observers on the Earth-
Whose aesthetics have left us behind
And truly taken away the life's mirth!
Today, 'H-Ray Vision' reveals that modern revolutions
Are recreating lost beauty sense-
And so have chosen the way of mass-beauty
Of rigid men in uniform marching in tense!
Certainly this has some beauty but this is the beauty
Of mass destruction and senseless killing-
Immersed in a tragedy of slaughtering and cleansing,
While leading our bones to chilling!
So a few questions that are flocking my quivering voice
Now whisper in the stormy air-
And ask: how should we reclaim our rights
To aesthetic emotion that's genuine and fair?
How do we regain our innocence
To a spirit of wonder towards beauty and art?
And reclaim our ethical rights to an answer
While we mend the broken heart!
I am sure, these are the trivial questions
For the modern intelligent man to talk about-
'Cause life is now being built as a machine
That grinds and squeaks without a doubt!
So far, no one has claimed yet
The human "aesthetic" rights that we all are entitled to-
Nor has any respect to preach "ethical" human rights
The way we deal with or love to do!
In Brazil, the people have chosen music
With slow dance as an artistic goal-
And they adore their bodies with
Magnificent costumes to cherish the soul!
To an outsider, this seems to be an exercise of futility,
Or not a beautiful sight-
But it's the way, the Brazilians love to live
And assert their own aesthetic right!
We erroneously think that aesthetic emotions
Are a by-product of civilizations for sure-
In stead, they come from prehistoric man;
Similar to ethical feelings they had to endure!
We have quietly forsaken our cultural (tribal) life
To replace it with a grim boredom now-
And destroyed our emotional incentives
To promote lust, greed, and technical know-how!
Our aesthetic values are mixed up
And emotions are based on watching the big television-
So we love to view the gory scenes
Of war and crimes daily, followed by nuclear fission!
But we would be better of if we learn to play
To our "inner sense" of beauty-
And claim our aesthetic rights to nourish
The ethical values as a moral duty!
There's no beauty in the squalor and poverty
Of population in poor nations on Earth-
Likewise the beauty is lacking in "shallow lives"
Of richer countries since their birth!
Well, as a revolutionary thinker, today I advocate
The continuous reconstruction of mind-
By sharing science with wondrous globe
